With Fürsten & Co, all of our homes come with a one year workmanship coverage, two years system coverage, and 10 year structural coverage. Experience complete peace of mind in your new home.

Warranty Claim

At Fürsten & Co, we’re here to support you with any issues that may arise.

Please note that the home warranty items are separate from items included in your “Final Completion List.” If you feel that any of those items have not been completed in a timely manner, please contact your Fürsten & Co Account Manager.

If you have a persistent plumbing leak, a water leak requiring whole-home shut off, sewer line backing up, or all of your A/C units are inoperable, after-hours work may be offered. All other warranty work will be addressed during regular business hours (M-F, non-holidays).
